What UAE Corporate Tax Means for Your Business
Corporate Tax is not only an annual filing requirement. It affects how your financial records are maintained, how expenses are classified and how taxable income is calculated.
A reliable Corporate Tax position starts with accurate accounting records, proper documentation and a clear understanding of your business activities.
Strong Corporate Tax compliance helps you:
• Understand your taxable income position
• Identify deductible and non-deductible expenses
• Prepare accurate Corporate Tax returns
• Maintain FTA-ready supporting records
• Reduce avoidable compliance risk
UAE Corporate Tax applies at 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000, with 0% below that threshold. Taxable income is not simply accounting profit — it is accounting profit adjusted under the Corporate Tax Law, which means the accuracy of your records directly determines the accuracy of your return.
We support:
• Corporate Tax registration and profile setup with the FTA
• Taxable income computations with all required adjustments
• Small Business Relief assessments (revenue of AED 3 million or below)
• Qualifying Free Zone Person reviews and documentation

Every assessment starts with how your industry actually operates.

Connected Persons, Related Parties & Transfer Pricing
Payments to owners, directors and related parties attract specific Corporate Tax rules, and related-party transactions must be conducted at arm's length. These are known FTA focus areas.
• Review of owner and director remuneration arrangements
• Related-party transaction documentation
• Transfer pricing disclosure forms with your return
• Master file / local file coordination where thresholds apply
We review these arrangements and the documentation behind them before the FTA asks.
